as we check in with steve paulsen. it has cooled down significantly yesterday. it actually got really dark in the late afternoon over here. >> well, if one day when it was sunny. yesterday, that change really kicked in. there were some locations down 15 to almost 20 degrees. today we leveled off. the higher clouds taking more aim. the fog gets disrupted. inland to give it the oops. fairfield was down. palo alto down. concord, san jose. all between 10 and 13 degrees. livermore is down 51. ty loss of the reservoir has gusts to 30. the there are some. >> late yet is at 49. a wind. a 28-mile-per-hour gust in the clayton hims. pittsburg at 61. pleasantton is 516789 there are some cooler temperatures. northwest. mount diablo, northwest at 41. men about 25 to 31 from big rock to middle peak. it is a west/southwest peak in oakland. that is onshore. that is really cold water, bodega bay. san francisco, and halfmoon bay. that really pays into a cooler forecast as well. a little more system on the way for the weekend which will continue this trend of cooler temperatures. s

time to check back in with steve paulsen. definitely warmed up in most areas yesterday afternoon. what about today? still pretty nice. inland will be upper 70s to near 80. the north/northeast is not as robust as but was yesterday. still some temperatures well above average. i mentioned patchy fog. there is nothing this there yet. it will be another nice day. probably not as warm as this. palo alto in the 80s. oakland and kentfield, 70s. upper 70s to almost 80. golden gate park, 51. clear. south/southwest yesterday was east. that is also something to keep an eye on. pressure is still high but sit going down a little. it is up to about 30-22 at this time yesterday. south wind in the oakland, bergly hills. northwest and the marin county hills northwest. not in the northern/northeast. 40s on the temperatures. 50s still pretty mild. nappa airport. 34 low. 81 high. and we also have the interior which warmed up. but that system is breaking through the ridge. we have an increase in clouds and cooler temperatures starting tomorrow. we have rain around sunday night and monday. not a big sys
