they went, kyla grogan is in for steve paulson. what is the latest? >>> we have some good news. we were expecting the wind to re-up down and it has done that earlier than was expected. the unfortunate news is that we have another wind event coming our way tuesday into wednesday. let's talk about where we are right now. you're under 10 mph all across the bay area, that is what you hope for. a little closer to the kincade fire, you can see that the humidity levels here looking at healdsburg, about 33% heading up to coverage up a little higher in elevation the wind picks up and receive the humidity levels drop. an indication of what firefighters are dealing with. we are under the red flag warning until 11 am and it does expire. another red flag warning is very likely on tuesday into wednesday as another offshore event comes our way. this is the futurecast for wind. we take it into the afternoon and it looks fantastic. me go forward into tuesday and here is the problem. we have another offshore wind event that will start to roll and you start to see tuesday morning that things pick

that leads us to steve paulson, talking about the wind, a big part of our day to day. >> it will pick up later as another system drops into nevada and it won't be as strong but it will pick up later this afternoon and tonight into tomorrow with the red flag warning at 8:00 and gusting on higher peaks around 60-65 miles-an-hour and similar to last 30 with winds gusting up to 70 miles-an-hour at the 2500-foot level near healdsburg. tuesday into wednesday and some higher peaks in the north bay, mount st. helena and other areas could see gusting at 65. not bad now northeast but northerly for others and not that strong with humidity from 25% to 70% with some good humidity, and santa rosa, 79% is good but it will take a tumble as the wind speed picks up and you can see not much in the morning. they are okay and by this afternoon, 25, 35 and by tonight, 40 miles-per-hour looks to be in the forecast with 30 from cobb mountain and 36 and 41 and cloverdale and by 7:00 tonight, some locations around healdsburg, 30-40 around geyserville and even the wind in calistoga, 41 miles-per-hour tonight in
