same thing on the light street pavilion across the way. the good news is that we are not having a repeat at this point of hurricane isabel where the water pushed onto both pratt and light street and really flooded downtown. there is some minor flooding in fells point, minor street flooding, but nothing like we saw with hurricane is about. the traffic restrictions that were in place until noon today have been lifted. traffic can now travel on any street. there are a couple of street closures on fell street because of standing water there. this is really as a result of the combination of all the water in the harbor as well as the southerly flow of the wind which keeps pushing the water in. the mayor gives a lot of credit to people for paying attention and really following the restrictions, the traffic restrictions, for getting through this storm with very little disruption and trouble. >> most people heeded our warnings through the night and stayed off the road. we had minimal police, fire and medic incidents reported, and i am grateful for
