the neighborhood to compliment what they needed to happen in the neighborhood and the city universal pawar gone corporation corporation and various agencies were there and we got slowed down with elimination of redevelopment. we had definitely visions that were reflective of the neighborhood through the agreement but when it become slowed down we decided we weren't going to let that stop us particularly supervisor cowen her pushing along with our city staff wanted to see things happen but the neighbors i can't say enough their prevent but also full of positive vigor, if you will. and now we have in front of us a very 2k4rib8 i deliberate plan to create one thousand 6 hundred and 79 homes for people here. 15 percent of that will be permanently affordable to low income persons but also given the fact there hadn't been that much development in the area the rest of it we suggest all of the housing units will be assessable to people with middle incomes for the rest of the entire city that's one of the biggest go attractions to the goal we announced some 30 units of housing to get the pressure o
