ryan payne is with us all morning.e expecting a fractional move, up two tenths of a percent month over month for the ppi and rise of seven tenths of a percent year over year, dennis. what are you expecting from the numbers and how would assess the macro story now, looking at growth versus inflation? >> first of all, it's good to be on with my friend ryan payne. he's been bullish for a long period of time. he's done a great job. well done, mr. payne, you've done extraordinary work. cleaverly the ppi -- clearly, the ppi number will be up two tenths of 1%. the cpi, you had a bullish response and a terrible close by the end of the session which i thought was deleterious to the stock market in the long run. time will tell. i think today's ppi number will be up two tenths of 1%. it won't be anything the fed will take into consideration to tighten monetary policy further. i think the fed is done for all intents and purposes at this point. the yield curve, you're deinverting the curve a bit. i think that's very important. the

charles payne, host of making money on fox business.you can bring some calm to the situation. for most americans, owning a home, that will be the largest asset they ever acquire in their life. so, for many people looking to buy a home, currently in a home, what is happening here? >> if you are in a home, you are in an amazing position. the average mortgage is 3.5%, and a lot of people have under 3%. we are headed to 8%. so if you have -- this is the first time since 2005 where existing homes are more valuable than new homes. so you are sitting pretty. what about the rest of the population. and by the way, you may be in one of the houses with a good low mortgage what if you get a job market, you can't take it. you have to sell this house and then the 8% mortgage. existing home sales are down now 23 consecutive months year over year. year over year. and sandra, it's the worst since the housing boom, you end up with the big crash. to correct this, this is what would happen to correct this. the three scenarios where this could get back to n
