authorities say peggy young was last seen in san leandro when she left on 164th avenue on friday. deputies say she was visiting a friend in oakland but has not come back. she is described as five seven, 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. young is considered at risk due to a mental health diagnosis and medication needs. if you do see her or know where she may be, you're asked to contact the alameda county sheriff's officet overnight as sideshows took over streets and highways across the bay area. we want to show you the scene in oakland at maritime and grand avenue. this is near the port of oakland. multiple people could be seen hanging out of car windows as cars spun donuts underneath. 880 there was a helicopter that could be seen overhead and spectators down below could be seen shining lasers at that helicopter, which is a felony. in richmond, there was a huge crowd there gathering at the intersection of carlson and 55th. just after midnight. police officers were on scene and that sideshow was broken up quickly in daly city. another similar scene, this one at mission in streets.
