"oh my gracious. it brought tears to my eyes. it was a godsend. it's overwhelming." the black grand caravan is wheelchair accessible, and has enough room for the jerry and their grandchildre n. "so that we can get me to medical appointments, jerry to medical appointments. and all the kids have appointments. they've been placed in our custody by dhs, and right now they're all getting therapy at various times. so every week, just about everyday we have some place to go" that means a lot of driving across eastern iowa. and they don't know how long the newly donated caravan will last with over 270 thousand miles so friends and families decided to lend a helping hand.
