lets go to matt pellman in the traffic center. >> our screen looks wet along the blue route 476 route 3, the broomall upper darby exchange. this is the area where the rain is rolling through and sure enough we see the drops on the camera lens giving us slow conditions southbound for blue route drivers, but at least no overturned vehicle accidents like we saw yesterday afternoon at this time. the northeast extension, the ramp from landsdale to get to the southbound lanes partially blocked and to the north in milford township, buck county, a wreck at 663, near milford square pike and a bad crash in kennett square, blocking off walnut street at ways lane and 82 union street gets you around that one and on the big picture it's normal stuff and for the most part dry conditions, plenty of construction on city avenue that give us delays during the mid-day and those crews are in the process of clearing out. lets grab the ipad and do the commuter report on this ha, ha, ha, somewhat soggy hump day afternoon. as we expect, speeds are 18, 20 miles per hour. as people continue around the closure o

we have delays of 25 minutes. >> let's head over to matt pellman a little mess on the roads. >> reporterasn't been a boring morning so far. we've had a number of issues we have a crash i-95 they blocked the right lane, we're seeing slowing come south because that left lane is getting by. the one vehicle involved facing the wrong way ran into the barrier over there, so they have to get the vehicle turned ascertain and towed away. you're seeing delays before you get to the point southbound at the vine delays through the work zone and cottman and bridge on into girard avenue speeds in the teens. dropping into the teens on the schuylkill expressway westbound by city avenue. 18 miles per hour at the moment. on the pennsylvania turnpike getting word of a broken down vehicle westbound side past the bensalem interchange that doesn't appear to be affecting speeds just yet. almost up to 60 miles per hour. not a big headache there. but a headache in the pottstown area 422 eastbound we have a pothole giving us flat tires and speeds 16 miles per hour traveling east on 422. at this point i would avoid

matt pellman in the traffic center with an update. >> good afternoon to you.and brian, it's been ugly, no redeeming qualities on the bridges this afternoon, a number of issues, including a bad crash on the burlington bristol bridge, that blocked the bridge in both directions for a while and the crash is now gone and the traffic is moving between burlington and bucks county if are you coming off the morrison bridge, you'll encounter slowing because the left lane is still blocked just past pennsylvania avenue because of an earlier crash. with the right lane squeezing by, xpeblt delays from mercer county and 95 may be your better bet. on the schuylkill expressway, one of many broken down trucks in the heat today, eastbound near montgomery drive off to the side and nonl overheated truck on the southbound side of the vine and northbound on 95 where the delays are much worse due in part this to crash, just pushed off to the side on cotman avenue, but it's pretty much a stand still through this point at cotman, 46 minutes is three times what the travel time should be
