it is just on top or about to be on top of pemberton. it will be getting the heavier rain in just a couple minutes. lacey at 5:43. if we extend this to the shore, atlantic city at 6:15. it's interesting that these storms were moving west to east and start making a right turn. that's what took it down to philadelphia and will take it to atlantic city. this is a different kind of storm. this is a tropical storm in the gulf of mexico coming to make landfall. tremendous amounts of rain over the south. and then some of that moisture moving this way. here's the computer models showing the track of what will be the remnants of it. we're not going to get hit by a tropical storm itself by the 40 mile an hour winds, but it's going to carry the moisture with it. by friday with the center of the remnant low, we can still be getting rain a at that time. because the winds in the upper atmosphere are incredibly strong. it's going to push it right on top of us. it's a matter of the timing. that's another thing that's going to move through very quickly.
