. >>> things are certainly come to go life at pemlico ahead of saturday's preakness. this morning abc 2 news' linda stow is out there live with a preview of what's happening today. linda, it's all leading up to saturday's big race. reporter: yeah, charley, things are getting pretty exciting here this morning. we've seen optimizer one of the horses running, also trainer dwayne lucas. you have the horses out for a morning stroll. the media has descended on pemlyco. they started the sunrise over hilltop tours have begun. you can get a closer look at the preakness stakes barns. that's where we're located right now. several horses are already here right now including kentucky derby winner i'll have another. this evening starting post positions for the horses will be drawn to determine which gate they'll start in. ahead of the maryland jockey club tells us it'll be easier to make your bets on site. ku now use your smart phone, ipad or computer instead of waiting in long lines. thanks to money raised at the state's two casinos, you can expect some bigger purses at the races.
