right along the peninsula for tour de peninsula, strong winds kept temperatures down. it's right now 58 in san francisco, 63 in san mateo, just oakland and pretty windy. still have a strong onshore flow and the marine layer is about 2,000 feet deep. it just seems like we keep saying the same thing every day. there are some changes in the extended forecast. clearing today but clouds will fill back in overnight. tomorrow morning likely a little more drizzle here and there along the peninsula and into the north bay. then we're setting the stage for a bit of a warming trend. it's not going to be dramatic but we will see warmer temperatures in about 48 to 72 hours. the reason is this trough which has been so persistent across the west coast will give us some relief. it's going to lift to the north as high pressure begins to build in across southern california warming thinz up, especially inland, into tuesday, wednesday and thursday. tonight low temperatures mainly down into the 50s. santa cruz up : highway 1 and even 280, you'll see a little mist and drizzle after 10:00 or

how is it going on 101 near the peninsula? >> it is going, lanes are open, but it's not that great because two lanes are blocked. southbound 101 and highway 92. that's because of an earlier truck accident. you can see that the debris from the truck is still in the lanes and the ramp from westbound 92 to southbound 101. it's closed, the truck has been out. that's the biggest problem driving down the the peninsula. you only have two lanes, where normally four lanes are available for you. but again we also want to mention that westbound 92, if you're leaving the san mateo bridge, you cannot get on the 101. a lot of people are getting on northbound 101, but people are getting on northbound 101, going up to third avenue and then making a u-turn getting back on the freeway southbound. and i want to mention that if you are driving on 280, it's a good alternate for you. let's move along and take a look at the commute here at i bay bridge toll plaza. no major problems. it's about a 10-minute delay. >>> if you are driving in the south b
