i was in penitentiaries, i was in all kinds of prisons, in medium securities too. but this is heroin use in every single prison. if the feds want to tackle this, they better get ready because this will be their first model into exploring the entire united states. there wasn't a prison i was in that wasn't heroin infested. and after the visits, search flying. number one, the visitors are bringing it in. i was on a visit one time with my sister where she goes the guy is kissing his girlfriend and smuggling balloons. she was kissing him and every time, she threw another balloon into his mouth and he would swallow it and defecate it back out in the unit and sell it. there are guards also bringing it in. there are good prison guards, both men and women who do their job and fine a way to be prisoners, yet they are stern when it comes time. i used to get books and lectured beyond the limit i was allowed to get. but they wouldn't give me a power drill. on the other hand, the other side of the coin there were guards who would do anything for me for the right price. we had a
