we're trying to recover from a train derailment last night at penn station in new york, this is are a few days after amtrak lifted speed restrictions into and out of penn station, the restrictions were causing delays for many months, they lifted the restrictions earlier this week and the derailment happened last night. we're expecting delays on amtrak and njt out of new york city. we're not sure how bad the delays will be, but we're expecting them this morning. we're starting with a crash in bordentown township, burlington county. it's blocking the inter drive of the new jersey turnpike of exit 7 route 206. you can get by in the outer drive, but expect delays, a nasty crash in newport, delaware, the action cam was on the scene. it involved a truck that was carrying laundry that burst into flames, the driver lost control and ended up on the new jersey barrier, this unfolded on i-95 northbound basin road in newport, a bit of noose they have everything cleared -- good news, they have everything cleared out of the way you can get by on i-95. vine street expressway is still closed, visibil
