piazza prosecutors say died after a series of falls inside a frat house at penn state. today lawyers for members of the that fraternity focused on one of the detectives involved in the case. our dave kinchen was at that hearing and joins us live in belmont center county. dave darks was tense. >> reporter: yeah, very tense. in fact this hearing literally just ended moments ago and it was not a day without emotion and lots of fireworks between opposing counsel. the parents of 19-year-old timothy piazza arrived for day three of a hearing into their son's death and would have emotional front seat view of the most heated day of testimony and cross examination yet. with clash after clash between the defense attorneys representing 16 former members of penn state's beta theta pi fraternity and outspoken center county da stacey parks miller who called the legal defenders members of the peanut gallery as they challenged intricate details of the case. >> i want that on my -- oh and my tombstone. member of the peanut gallery. you can't let this stuff get under your skin. >> reporte
