penndot just arrived on the scene helping this guy out. kind of get the sense of looking at this a touch of low clouds in a few spots this morning. to the 30 bypass coming from chester county near 322 that's your eastbound traffic headed towards 202 and doing so with no delay no, problem. roads are clear and dry. and looking good right here. but as we check our visibility reports we get an 81 date on the fog. at one point in millville we were talking about 0-mile visibility. it's now 1.3 miles so still fog in area. not quite as bad as it was earlier this morning and looking at another spot it's not in our reporting site but we can see the bull's eye in burlington county new jersey so a couple spots in new jersey are dealing with that. philadelphia international airport 10-mile visibility so that's no problem flying out but i don't know if you can see that just in north philadelphia some areas just to the north of philadelphia dealing with a little fog as well so watch for that as you're headed out the door. that's one of the things affecti

the schuylkill expressway, the vehicles involved just pulled away as did the police officer and the penndot crews, everything is open and the shoulder is clear now, as you come northbound towards the schuylkill, are you tapping the brakes with a little bit of volume coming by, a crash in amblers county, along bethlehem pike by the 711 and ambler donut and a crash at north york road at summit avenue. a normal tuesday afternoon with not a lot of huge complaints on the schuylkill expressway and 95 to the northbound slowing from the city heading up toward cotman avenue, speeds in the 20s and 30s and teens in a few spots. of course, we have construction going on, on the ben franklin bridge, the camera is dark this afternoon. the westbound side, have you the two right lanes blocked heading into center city. that causes delays from time to time, and that is out there much of the week. the patco trains are seeing 10 minute delays because of signal problems, otherwise we are across the board including njt and septa and dart. meanwhile, a crash in egg harbor township along english creek avenue and do

here is a live look, from our penndot camera here, the truck overturned earlier this morning, so there is a lot of activity, it is kind of -- it is in that stretch, between the boulevard, and city line avenue. the week schuylkill is open. you will not be able to use that first ramp for city avenue, because that's the ramp the accident scene is on. go past. that will you will be able to gain access to city line avenue. for the folks coming down the roosevelt boulevard this morning, you will not be able to go west on the schuylkill expressway, and you have two options, either get off the kelly drive, and access the schuylkill, from the drive, or you will be forced to go eastbound on the schuylkill, either u-turn at montgomery drive, then back on your way. so hopefully, katie, they can get that cleaned up before the beginning of that tight morning rush hour, so at least not raining for the clean up crew. >> it is so nice outside. very, very comfortable outside for any of the construction guys, anybody that is out and about right now, you notice, it is very cool. it feels like fall, storm

an update from penndot and state police hope to have it cleared out in the next hour, hour and a half. right in time for rush hour which would be great news for drivers. drivers on route 1 southbound you are affected because you cannot exit on 76 westbound because of this overturned tractor-trailer. an alternate around that is ridge avenue to the city avenue bridge and then onto 76 westbound. it's also affecting drivers going from 76 westbound to city avenue. that first city avenue exit is off-limits. alternate to get to city avenue is continue westbound on 76 to the second exit ramp for city avenue. so lots of reworking around this tractor-trailer mess. we'll keep you updated as it continues. of course in center city philadelphia the ben franklin parkway inner drive is closed from 20th street to eakins oval and then alternate around that is fairmount avenue. >>> a south jersey community wants you to start your holiday shopping this labor day weekend. they are kicking off the campaign shop dine and go local. local leaders will support local businesses. >> take your pledge and raise yo

penndot is out there, putting sand down because there was fluid that spilled.e're waiting for the first cars to come by on the ramps. there come the cars, as we watch live those are the cars on the schuylkill expressway westbound side heading toward city avenue. here comes the police officer leading the traffic to the southbound boulevard to the westbound side of the schuylkill expressway. they've blocked since 1:00 a.m. this morning. good news everything is reopening. however, because of the closures we still have a pretty severe backlog on the southbound side of the boulevard from broad street to the schuylkill expressway. if you're heading toward the roosevelt boulevard, we still have that crash blocking the southbound lanes of north broad street. that involves a pedestrian, you meant to stick with one of the numbered streets instead. as we look at the big picture, the ramps connecting the boulevard southbound with the schuylkill expressway westbound and city avenue southbound just reopened as we watch. not open this morning, eakens oval and the inner drives
