there's the penndot truck. penndot is watching their truck. they were responding to a disabled vehicle that broke down on the ramp from the 30th street station to the westbound side of the schuylkill. they're really spinning this camera but there it is now off to the side, police on the scene. that big jam you saw was on the eastbound side of the schuylkill and it doesn't end there at the vine. you hit the brakes really hard once you're around passyunk avenue over toward the walt whitman bridge as people head down the shore this afternoon. on the bridge itself just 13 miles per hour at the moment. had a broken down vehicle as well upon 95 southbound side approaching academy. that's gone now but still heavy as you come down from woodhaven. let's talk about the situation as you get closer to the shore points. you know we've got that ongoing construction where the expressway meets up with the southbound parkway. so with just one lane getting by on that ramp, 37 miles per hour for about a mile going into that merge. if you're headed the other way
