steve keeley thon in pennsauken, steve? >> this is bad news story actually good news to most of our viewers, that's a strange thing to say but true. the usual political stalemate in the state house in new jersey is keeping gas under two bucks a gallon. so that's the good news part. but the bad news part is also keeping roads and bridges from being fixed. the funds dedicate today repair roads and bridges was down to its last dollars this week. that's why the governor late last night around dinnertime signed that executive order to use the state's general fund to pain for emergency road repairs. meaning, he is taking money already budgeted for things like schools, state offices and every other department, until some agreement can be made to hike the gas tax 23 cents a gallon, but he want other tax cuts, and spending cut, in his deal, to raise the tax on gas for the first time in 27 years. so roads and bridges are in real bad shape. >> i believe all of the monday sit people's money. if you want to take it in one sense, constit
