john fetterman, as many people would know, is this unique brand in pennsylvania polish -- pennsylvaniam his image, his appearance, and the way he kind of positions himself in temporary politics in pennsylvania, as a progressive, but with some twists. he ishe has attracted a lot of individuals to his campaign. he is an interesting brand. dr. mehmet oz, the republican nominee, is a national figure, a tv doctor that rose to fame. he has his own unique brand. one of the big defining features for him that i think limits his ability in the state is his relationship to pennsylvania. he to medical school met. most recently, new jersey and that has been a big hurdle for him to get over. lay in the philadelphia media market -- largely in the philadelphia media market making the case that john fetterman is tough on crime where the issue is salient and making john fetterman less attractive to older, more moderate voters where his brand may not be a natural fit. i think this certainly close the race over september into october. the debate last week, then a pay for performance -- the debate performa

carry pennsylvania, huge if they are but if democrats can flip pennsylvania and all of the red states here, it's probably the best flip opportunity if they can then they can absorb a loss in one of these blue states, and one of their seats right now, if democrats were to lose, they would be okay and their majority would remain intact if they can flip pennsylvania or another red sea on this map, but again pennsylvania has consistently been the most promising for them, again, the poll numbers we've seen a number come out in the state, one tie, one putting them as a republican ahead, three showing john fetterman, a democrat continuing to read. the significance? most of these polls, just about all these polls conducted a tie early after that debate between mehmet oz and john fetterman. a lot of discussion about whether there will be huge fallout from that, the poll numbers now looking hugely different than they did before that debate. in pennsylvania, going to take center stage in a whole new way tomorrow because you're gonna have not one, not, two but three people who either are or were

and the pennsylvania environmental rights amendment. the case went all the way up to a very conservative pennsylvania supreme court, and in december of 2013, because we had a constitutional right, we defeated those pro fracking elements of the law and stopped the law from starting right before it could wreak its devastating harm. in the wake of that victory, i thought, wow, so powerful what we had achieved. and i looked at every constitution across our nation and i found that there was only one other constitution, montana, that lifted up environmental rights to give it the same highest standing as the other fundamental rights we hold dear, like free speech and freedom of religion. like pennsylvania's what i now call green amendment accomplished. and i decided that i was going to change that and hence started the green amendment movement. and that was the reason why i wrote the green amendment book and that i think i think what is so striking about that is something that so many of us would think of and almost take for granted that the i

in pennsylvania, we have 67 counties. election directors in those counties execute and administer the election. one thing you mentioned is unfortunately, since the 2020 election, with pepsi a slew -- we have seen a slew of misinformation around our election in pennsylvania. a lot of it is centered around pennsylvania mail-in voting because the commonwealth did not get mail-in voting until 2018, a lot later than other states who have been used to that culture of mail-in voting. we have also seen a slew of new legislation death litigation. there were over a dozen lawsuits in 2020 and 2022. since 2020, counties have been inundated with a lot of right to know request which are publix records requests. counties are dealing with all of this at the same time as executing an election. because of the strain and stress of many counties, and we have seen over 15 million election directors in pennsylvania counties leave their jobs since 2020. we have seen -- some have been from planned retirement or changes in jobs but unfortunately,
