the cases of perdue and loeffler. perdue ran against brian kemp as a donald trump-backed candidate.got smoked by kemp in that primary. he ran of the belief that the 2020 election got stolen. kemp has won on defending the elections in georgia and whether or not loeffler or perdue who are still in the trump orbit but out of elected politics right now still believe this or not, may be relevant here. we'll see if they have anything to say about the decision not to prosecute them despite the grand jury's recommendation. >> do you think lindsey graham is concerned about his continued potential legal exposure. >> i doubt it. i mean, graham would have testified back in 2022 when this grand jury was speaking. he's been very open in his comments publicly about these cases and he's not someone who, you know, continued to hold up the idea that the election was somehow stolen. that's not the line that he uses now. he talks about joe biden being the legitimate president. i think he has moved past this in his political stance. where he feels me other exposure, he's not acting like it in public. >>

there, she decided against charges for people like senator lindsey graham, former senators david perduek that that is going to be an issue at trial? is this something that they could bring up in court and what about the court of public opinion? we know as, you know, he was just saying, the former president is trying to argue that this is political. but she opted not to move forward with charges. how do you think these recommendations related to the current and former senators will impact this case? >> well, i think joe is exactly right. i think this is as much a part of the campaign as any criminal process in trump's mind. and so this is one more piece that he will use to argue that he's being oppressed by the prosecutors and moving forward and you can simply look and see, i believe, he will say, that they did not charge kelly loeffler, they did not charge david perdue, lindsey graham, all these other people, but yet they're coming after me -- and we saw this on the report, that the vote was not unanimous. there was a holdout that was not in favor of indicting the former president. i th

senator lindsey graham, former republican senator kelly roffler, david perdue, they were on the list. they were not indicted by disputed tierney fani willis, nor was mike flynn. the top -- and boris epshteyn. many familiar names there. why were they not indict it? what separates them from the ones that they were? >> why they were not indictment, will probably never get an answer at this point. now is that second grand jury at fulton county that was seated to make a determination on whether a true bill would be tanya, it does not necessarily mean that fani willis will pursue charges. remember, that special grand jury, the one in the report released yesterday, isn't entirely different body doing an investigative effort. taking in evidence, listening to witnesses, making recommendations only. the special grand jurors, not lawyers, no legal training, no legal background, just considering the evidence that is putting put in front of them. making that recommendation to have this georgia statutes that apply. i would, you know, tell people, look out. your record looking right now at your scre
