carlos perez: well, it's all a big part of my fabric. born in mexico city, it's been part of my life, my career. and i actually have done quite a bit of my own travels to mexico to look at all the art and culture that's there that's been part of my life and my career. damian: and i mean, i saw the itinerary, i mean, you're going to frida, the frida kahlo museum, you're going to-- carlos: yeah, we're actually starting off at the anthropology museum, the national anthropology museum, because i feel that that's very important for you as a guest of mexico-- damian: let's start at the beginning. carlos: yeah, you start at the beginning. you take them and you identify how rich our culture is pre-columbian. damian: and people don't realize that the original aztec stone is there in the-- carlos: exactly; many, many of the teotihuacan objects that were found in teotihuacan are at the anthropology museum. they also have a good collection of the variety of other groups like the maya and like the olmecs as well, olmecs being the oldest civilization

evan perez is "outfront" live in washington. and, evan, you know, it is amazing, after so much talking, so many filings, so many charges, right, people going to prison, here we finally might be on the eve of this being done. what are you learning about the release of mueller's report tonight? >> that's right, erin. the end is near, it appears. we expect in the next week or so that the attorney general will announce that he's received notice from mueller that the investigation is over. and then he'll review the findings and decide what exactly he's going to tell members of congress, what he's going to tell the public, if anything, about the mueller findings. now, what he says to congress could vary. right? because he made no promises about releasing the entire report. instead, what he says he's going to do is see confidential report, which is all the regulations for the justice department require, then decide what to release. now, obviously, there's a lot of pressure from members of congress. you heard from some of that -- from s

more from cnn's evan perez. >> reporter: a judge in washington voided paul manafort's plea deal with federal prosecutors, judge jackson said that there is enough evidence to show that manafort the former trump campaign chairman intentionally lied in three instances during the time that he was supposed to be cooperating with the investigators from special counsel robert mueller's office. manafo manafort's attorneys have disputed that he intentionally made false statements saying he simply didn't remember certain details. prosecutors had accused manafort of five specific lies. he pleaded guilty last year to financial crimes and had agreed to cooperate with the mueller investigation. the judge issued an order saying that manafort lied in three of those topics and that the lies were, quote, material to the investigation. two of those lies the judge said had to do with manafort's former business associate, konstanin kilimnick. prosecutors allege that kilimnick is an operative with russian intelligence and say that manafort shared sensitive polling data with kilimnick during a meet last ye
