the former miss california usa that everyone was talking about because of the answer she gave to perez hilton like she is filing a lawsuit. she was fired back in june and now she's filing a lawsuit against the executive director of the pageant and shannon mokler. suit against donald trump.ling she says she was told not to mention god on her miss usa application or at public events at least two months before she gave her antigay marriage answer and says they improperly revealed that miss california usa paid for those breast implants. the thing that struck me about the lawsuit, though, is that she's not specifying a dollar figure. she says she just feels she's been subject to a lot of public ridicule and humiliation and has lost out on modelling work as a result. >> maybe that's true but her name is everywhere. she got so much publicity. nobody would have known who she was. >> i feel like i haven't seen as much of her as i thought i would. don't you feel that? >> there's some rumor she might be on the new celebrity apprentice. that might be why he's not named in any of these lawsuits. >> i supp
