it is very challenged but the permafrost thawing. at the same time, it is still functional giving the condition. you have even a kind of flow of population going back to the city because that's the place where you can find work. so that's also a good example of how the population, having still this kind of cooperate city that we would consider that's totally nonsustainable. also a guarantee of welfare, social starblete. and that's what the population is looking for. so these cities are kind of a good reputation not that the being ment level but able to provide social stability to their population. so these kind of elements i think are important. and then the last element i want to mention that is going on the other side, it has all these disturbing trends. and i think the one i found the most disturbing is the increasing number of incursions by the air patrol on the territory of the other stace. and all these overfly without authorization. so i really like the recommendation of the code of conduct because that's the risky behavior. t
