finally, are they a bystander or witness, victim or perpetrator? in some cases we could not determine it. we cannot collect pictures. that was something that we could not do. i don't know that was also the case with you. so, here are the results. out of those 35,000 messages that we coded, 2800 more aggressive in content. these were the topics. i highlighted them in red. these are the most common ones. its appearance about 12% of the time. there was jealousy and sexual activity, personality. most of the language was a peer to peer conversation or about dating partners. i thought i would show you just a few snippets of this language. here is one about personality. notes that many of the messages could be overlapping. one could about personality and also about race and ethnicity. you can see the common language used was annoying, irritating, i told my children i would not use any bad words for this presentation. this one is about appearance. the most interesting thing about this is, this is where we saw kids actually engaging in self aggression. this

"how are you going to get desperate tonight?" "i have no idea. lol, porn." "lol, me?" "think of someone you're sexually attracted to."
