[inaudible] and i'm the city employee and i have been for 14 years and understand that my job quh i first applied was under city rule 115. was the exact position designed for a person with a disability. other than that i would have never been able towork as a city employee and worked here for 14 years and have seen deaf people who had never been into the city as far as a employee and i have been here 14 years and worked a specific group related to sign language users specifically. there are hearing people obviously that do come in and want to learn about sign language, asl and the deaf community and all of that and if they need information they often come to me. really, i don't know if that is enough information for you at this point or not. and of course i am a deaf person myself. i should added that in and i use video remay and that is my preference of choice to be able to use video relay. i wouldn't be able to come in person because where have kids with me obviously so i can't just show up. more than that i mean, as a city worker for 14 years i have worked with a audience of a variety of people within and deaf people who apply for city jobs never really often ge
