uc near pescadero -- you see near pescadero, the showers are starting to move onshore.his will bring showers and a chance for thunder showers, wind and snow to the mountains. you can see the back edge of it. that means the thing is winding down. there is a lot of energy writing here. when this last part gets here, there are some stronger dynamics. we should experience a chance for thunder showers, heavy rain, and maybe even hail. by 11:00, we will have rain throughout much of the bay area. by 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning it will be heavy as that last bit pushes through. in the mountains, you may have a winter storm warning. if you are not leaving for the mountains, you may want to wait until later tomorrow morning. if that goes east, it will do some damage in terms of snowfall. at 2:00 a.m., out here is where the most action is. then the storm kind of moves through. between now and 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, that is the event. there you have it. your forecast highs tomorrow's in the 50s. maybe a sprinkle tomorrow but overall drying until saturday. >>> the polar bears a

but in pescadero, a town about 33 miles from santa cruz, something else is bringing in the tourists. that's right--goats. welcome to harley goat farm in san mateo county, where alpine goats are the star attractions. dee harley runs this 9 acre farm looking after about 200 goats. this is the only dairy in the county. >> it's not that i had this dream of having a goat farm. i think i was always going to be a farmer of some kind. i grew up in northern england, in yorkshire, and it was a very rural place. so i was always attracted to that lifestyle. i just didn't necessarily think it would manifest with goats, you know? >> like many of the cheese makers in california, it's all largely done by hand, although a vegetable [indistinct] culture is added to the pasteurized milk to give it the initial yogurt texture. the mixture is collected in cheesecloth bags and the resulting curds are left to hang in them for about 2 days. after that comes the fun part--kneading the cheese. >> look at that. it's like ice cream. but also this, the feel of this, you can't learn that overnight. it's something

santa cruz, we're getting heavier rainfall and from pescadero over to los gatos. obviously the major highways are getting quite wet, highway 1 and 236. and 7:00 this evening, we'll see even more rain beginning to push onshore. then during the late night hours and early morning hours, very heavy downpours, spreading across the bay area and it will start tomorrow morning at rush hour with a cold front sliding through the bay area bringing another wave of heavy downpours. i'll pick up the time line later in my accu-weather forecast. >> weather is causing problems in southern california tonight. on the map you can see the creek in san bernardino mountains, one of so many places where flooding is an issue tonight. rob mcmillan has the latest? >> we are about an hour and a half east of los angeles in a small community called lydell creek and the rain has been falling for four straight days. you can see how much water is here. the situation over at mount baldi is even worse. >> we're close to mount baldi residents this is the road is the only way to get home. you this be
