"today in the bay's" pete suratos has more from petaluma this morning. >> reporter: we're in petaluma off highway 101 as the rain starts to come down. you can see drivers heading down the 101 getting their morning commute going. we want to go to some video in windsor where you see the rain and wind whipping down as the storm rolls in to the north bay. of course, we start to see flooding into the north bay. especially at the park and ride in mill valley. important for drivers, these roads are slick because of these wet weather conditions. here is what chp had to say about it. >> that's dangerous enough as it is, but when you add the wet roads to it, the average car is 60 miles per hour, it takes 130 feet to stop. you add the rain, it will take a little longer. if your eyes aren't on the road, it's a dangerous mix. >> reporter: it's important to make sure you're slowing down. even though the storm is starting to hit in the north bay, chp says they're not going to add more manpower because of this storm, but they will continue to be visible to hopefully slow drivers down. in petaluma, pe
