petaluma. police say the threats were made towards casa grande and petaluma high schools on friday, investigators arrested the teen yesterday. he was taken into custody for criminal threats and booked into juvenile hall. in the east bay and oakland, shell gas station employee shot at a potential burglar to stop a break-in. it happened early yesterday morning on international boulevard and 38th avenue. police say a driver rammed into the gas station store and that's when the employee inside opened fire to scare off the suspects. the owner spent the day cleaning up the mess. no word. if anybody was actually injured. and right now local police are searching for a man they believe is connected to a deadly shooting. take a look at your screen now. this is the man police say was at the scene of a shooting back in june on 44th street near market. this car was also there. police say there were no victims when they got to the scene. but 2 people with gunshot wounds did show up at a nearby hospital. one
