petaluma has had 2/10.o county. actually, you know, davis, vacaville. fairfield had pretty good rain last couple of systems here. and so that's kind of been the theme here. and nothing changes here so far. you know, the trend is your friend i guess. and it's all about about marin county north far less to the south being forecast here i use what's called the gem. it's the canadian model. i think it's really good in the short term, and so far it seems to be spot on to the north, very little to the south. it's just the way it works. fog is an issue for some. livermore. tracy, concord. we mentioned highway four, but i think as this system comes in, that tends to lift the fog. but still, if you're out to the valley, watch out there. and also parts of areas to the east 40s on the temps for most a couple of 30s. livermore 39. but in the mountains now they'll get some snow, but only expected about 2 to 4in after a couple of feet on the weekend. so again, this is not a big system, but it will probably, i would think

they came in point reyes almost an inch of rain petaluma 79/100. petrified forest three quarters. bodega bay had almost three quarters. sonoma 0.71. saint helena 0.68, napa 0.52. and novato picked up 0.43. but santa rosa with 81/100. that's just overnight now puts them at 2110 for the season going back to july 1st. that is the rain year. i use the rain year, not the water year. now over 242% of average. so the system there is a back edge to it, especially mendocino county, lake county, northern sonoma county, probably northern napa county, as well as the system is now moving more towards eastern solano county, contra costa county, back over towards oakland, berkeley, san francisco, and finally the peninsula. it took a while for this system to get its act together, but it is now moving and it will weaken considerably as it moves south. 40s on the temps to near 50. lots going on across the pacific here. now we'll get a lot of cloud cover, but not really any much in the way of any rain. and it will probably the next system which looks to be on track for saturday. but i'll tell you, i

and then we head all the way up into the north bay areas like santa rosa, over into petaluma and napa. we're going to see closer to around a quarter of an inch there. the north bay will get hit significantly compared to some of us in our inland areas, but widespread throughout the bay. this is sunday's forecast alone. this is pretty much what we're anticipating right now. about 100th of an inch all the way down into areas like the santa clara valley. and then after sunday, that's when we start to clear up fast. so take a look at what we can expect throughout the next seven days. wet conditions on and off for us as we head into the forecast today and tomorrow. that last splash of showers sweeps throughout all of our communities as we head into sunday morning, clearing up that afternoon. and then we're left with dry skies and just partly cloudy conditions from monday into thursday of next week. that's a perfect forecast to get out there and travel, especially as we get closer to the new year. and if you're thinking about heading up to the sierra, well, there are still concerns, of cours
