last information we had was about 2000 customers who were out of power in the city and we understand petco even with the storm being ongoing they are trying address those issues and we are not clear how many they will restore. we have reports of trees being down and none have created a situation where anybody was injured and we have our own crews out to try and remove those trees. they are working on one and we are working on the others, we are still very much at the eye of the storm over the next 6 to 8 hours. >> there are some areas particularly where they are flood prone and one of them is bloomingdale and have there been any precautions where we know there is flooding on a day when we don't have a hurricane. >> well, i was in bloomingdale myself and we have deployed crews to try to remove all the leaves that potentially would block catch basins and flooding problems and we had the water in the neighborhood to distribute sandbags to all the residents who want them. we have homeland security, actually based in blooming dale and we have two or three and we are doing everything we can to m
