if you think about what pete just said, all the levels that pete was talking about.here's price targets around the street, the savage $141. if you look at the chart here, scott. all of these are mostly off of earnings. so what pete was talking about before, if that implied move, if we're, let's call it 133-ish is where we are right now in apple, if it does come in, this level right here is your 50-day, that's 127. so that's the level to keep an eyeball on. now this is 120, that is your 100 day. so if we do get that selloff and all of these selloffs if you look at the whole chart, starting back here. all of these were viable events. if you're lucky enough to get that discount, i don't think you will, you should be buying this. no one's expecting anything from the iwatch, people are starting to operate to the six-plus, six-plus holds better margins for apple. i think going forward, things are going to be better for them. people talk about law of large numbers, but you can't bet against this one for too long. >> what they're expecting, steve, is a sizable capital return

pete, what do you think? >> they're fighting for high growth. that's transition that's been put out in front of everybody. she talked about trying to get margins better. that's something that did improve. obviously the hardware will be under pressure. that was down 23%, but the move is to other areas and those other areas are growth. she's trying to execute her best. i think they are. i think ibm is doing the right things. they have had to move in this direction. they were slow to do it like intel was, like microsoft was, but i think they're executing now and i think they're doing a very nice job. >> how much of this strength on this level right here because it does seem it's finding some support, ais based on the company repurchase? how much of that is the worst is over for ibm? this was my secular short call. i don't see them improving anytime soon but maybe multiple expansion. >> well, you need growth for multiple expansion and it's just not there. you talk about share repurchases in january. they guided to the lowest level in ten years. they

let's get right to nbc justice correspondent pete williams at the courthouse. pete what do we know? >> here's the headline. dzhokhar tsarnaev will face a second trial. the penalty phase of this trial. the jury will decide whether he will get a penalty of life in prison without parole or the death sentence. now the jury is now recounting his verngt on all 30 counts against them but 17 of those counts are death-eligible. if he were convicted on any one of them we would go into the second phase. we know he's convicted on count i, master conspiracy count. the jury has found that he was responsible for the death of the four people who died in these crimes. the three people who died at the scene of the marathon bombing and officer shaun collier. the rest of the counts the jury is now reading. some members of victims' families are in the court roochl as well. the parents of a young martin richard, the 8-year-old victims as well as the chief of the boston police department and newtown police didn't where this sad saga ended on thursday, three day after the bombing and the shoot-out and then
