johnson says the move is in response to the continued calls for attacks again. a heightened vigilance in the protection of u.s. government installations and our personnel. nbc news justice correspondent pete williams with all the details. pete, what's the latest here? and there's not a specific threat they're tracking, correct? >> right. that's what they say. this is, you know, what is publicly known what has led to this decision. it was just a week ago of the shooting at the canadian parliament building and the killing of a soldier at the canadian national war memorial. that followed the attack on another soldier in canada. continual stream of intelligence officials say about isis calling for attacks on american government officials, law enforcement officers, public buildings here in washington. so it's really the steady drumbeat of that. they say rather than a specific piece of intelligence or specific plot against a government building. >> and, pete, how much of this has to do with a concern about lone wolf attacks specifically what we saw in ottawa? >> well, i think it's probably about 90% that. that's what they're really worried about is that basically undetectable, untraceable peopl
