pete suratos is live in walnut creek. this is such a tramgtragic stor. we'll get to the charges in a moment, but let's go ahead and show our viewers the mug shot of this woman. as you mentioned, she's from tennessee. her name is jessica martin, and according to police, they're saying she is accused of driving drunk and causing a multicar crash near 680 and walnut creek, just this past thursday. now as far as the charges go, alameda county d.a. filed charges yesterday. the charges are two counts of murder and one count of dui and as you mentioned, laura, the crash killed a father and his baby girl. that father is hector garza, who died on the scene, and then his 8-month-old camilla, also in the car, dying just last night at children's hospital. here is reaction from the neighbors to this news. down the street. you know, it's just a horrible thing. >> just makes you realize you should take some time out and spend it with your kids. >> reporter: martin's bail was set at $2.1 million and a go fund me page set up for the garza family, get that information on
