pete suratos is at the hospital with more. >> reporter: the house speaker, nancy pelosi's office, is in charge of providing updates on the condition of her husband, paul pelosi, but we have yet to receive an update so far today. we know the house speaker did visit sf general today she's been every day since the brutal attack that took place last friday inside of their home. this is video of nancy pelosi's motorcade leaving san francisco general roughly around 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. she was on site for about an hour. ms. pelosi expressed gratitude for all the support they have received and thanksed the trauma team at san francisco general for her husband's steady progress and anticipates a long recovery ahead. paul pelosi talked to investigators from his hospital bed about what took place and was even able to remember and share his version of those events. but at this time, still to word on when paul pelosi will be released here from san francisco general. remember, her office says he went through surgery on friday for a fractured skull and for injuries to his right arm and hand. o
