quarter again we put the issue up for debate with new york observer columnist andre walker and human rights activist peter tatchell. this highlights the ludicrous idea of having quotas for everything i genuinely believe that in television like in all the rest of life you should have the best people for the job but you know what if you can have quotas that when white middle class heterosexual men are on to represent states then you've got to throw somebody else out or we don't have a quota system in british t.v. there are attempts and have been successful attempts according to these statistics to redress the marginalization exclusion and collect the past decades and i think that's a great thing to celebrate because it does show that we are a more accepting understanding inclusive society this is about normalizing the fact that we live in a diverse society this is not about diversity or not to be about diversity what it should be about is the best person for the job television is bad to tell humans so you pick the best guy for the job or the best woman for the job who acts in the best way all the social cha
