it's very important that we hang in there to get the representative opponents peter welch from vermontent before january 1. >> stephanie: i'm a libra, the white house says one thing and i'm like yes murray says one thing, i'm like yes! i can't decide. murray said we will reach a point at the end of the year where all the tax cuts expire and start over next year and everything we do will be a tax cult for whatever we put together.% that may be the way to oh get past the this. it does take all the bargaining power away from them. you have no choice about the bush tax cuts. >> which were set to expire two years ago! >> stephanie: interesting 2013 without a budget would not produce an economic clamty. >> it's more of a claven. >> stephanie: it's more of a financial cliff claven. cheers, everybody. >> if memory serves, the umbilical cord is 90% potassium. >> stephanie: that's enough of that. what's that? >> if chimps were 32% slower, they would have better public relations. >> stephanie: hi, derick. >> caller: the only thing more ridiculous than the article that jackies was talking my broth

thanks to the vision of joe lacob and peter guper and pete welch, this derelict pier we've been challenged with for decades, pier 3032, is going to be transformed into an iconic pier between at&t park. in working together we are developing area plans that will shape our city and our city's future for years to come, from the transit center district plan, anchored for the new transbay center which will provide space for 27,000 new jobs, 4,000 new housing units, a thousand new hotel rooms and 12 acres of new open space, from that center to the central corridor plan which will expand the south of market area hub, creating spaces for 30,000 new jobs and over 10,000 new housing units, we are diligently working hard on this creative planning for jobs for our future. and we're going to execute these plans consistently with our city's values. we need to make sure that our businesses and our commercial districts are places that welcome everyone to live, to work, to shop, to eat, to have fun. we need to make sure they are pleasant, they are walkable and that we can arrive there and they are active ar

i'm pleased by the fact that our state's own congressman, peter welch, is a member of that committee. he has been urging both republicans and democrats to pass the bill, and i agree with him. because the bill that directly affects every farm family's budget, tells which crops to plant, where to sell, how much to borrow. it allows farmers to make those decisions which are hard enough to make anyway, but at least to make them with some kind of certainty of what the law is going to be after they make them. the farm bill affects vermonters and americans across the country who are food insecure and face ununcertainty in these difficult times. one of the things people lose sight of, mr. president, that the farm bill is also a disaster relief bill. we need the new farm bill to help farmers in the garden state, and across the entire nation to recover from the nonstop floods of 2012. we need it to help those across the nation who are struck on the other side of the spectrum of weather with drought. that's all in this bill. because we know that as much as we wish there would never be floods, as
