justice correspondent pete williams joins me now from outside the supreme court where we're told arguments just wrapped in the daca case. peterou were there in the courtroom. did you get a sense of which way the justices may be leaning? >> yes and no. yes, i was there, and no, i don't get a sense of which way the justices are going to decide this case. it's pretty clear that the court's four liberals are going to say daca is valid and should remain and the court's four most conservative justices probably will disagree. the question justice john roberts. the basic point of the defenders of daca is this, that the way the trump administration wanted to shut daca down wasn't proper, that what the administration did is say, well, we're not saying whether we like it or not. we're saying we had to shut it down because it's illegal. what the supporters of daca are saying here is that's not the way it should work. the trump administration should have to explain why it wants to shut it down and basically own the decision, but that by trying to evade that, they improperly shut it down. that's the essence of their argument. the real ques
