what is pg&e doing to catch up? >> well, pg&e has quite a long list of things to do before fire season. and one of them is to deal with these 170,000 -- they're called open or maintenance tags, and half of them involve power poles that are aging. so they're trying to catch up, play catch up. but they also get new maintenance tags. so pg&e's plan as it were was to keep on the top of the ones coming in the door while they try to make progress with these 170,000 tags. now these are only in high fire threat areas. >> it's been talked about to just add more people to help with this problem, or is that even feasible? >> well, pg&e has only so many people to go around. and it's obviously they have to prioritize which one of these tags. they have what they call high priority tags. and then there is lesser priority tags. so the idea is to use the resources they have to tackle the highest priority threats first. and then make more headway as they go on. >> this was an independent report, i believe. what's pg&e's response? are
