allowing pg & e to increase the exit fee will hurt the ability to compete with pg & e. those fees will go to increasing pg & e's profits instead of enabling us to build new renewable power abilities. pg & e's proposing changes from solar will discourage our residents from building solar panels and will cause jobs. today i'm introducing two resolutions opposing the pg & e's fee on cleanpowersf customers and increased fees for rooftop solar. unfortunately we saw in the november election that pg & e's employee union local 45 is continue to be to try to sabotage. they put on the ballot our ability to compete with pg & e and when they came with prop h instead of prop g, they spent thousands of dollars and -- yet i b appears to supporting pg & e's attempt to sabotage solar. they have submitted comments. if it does agree with local power, i hope it speaks in favor to these resolutions. we will be scheduling a special public hearing at lafco probably december 11th in order to vote on these resolutions before the california public utilities commission takes action later this mon
