phil joins us with more onthat phil >> andrew, the importance of the case is that it's there. in the industry is focussed on this, and for a couple reasons, and one for the airline industry, it could create the fifth largest carrier after delta, united and american and southwest. their market would be substantially less than the big four as referred to in the airline industry n nonetheless, if this is rejected by a judge and you see them and they do not have the approval, then you are looking at going back to where it was before. when the jetblue and spirit merger was proposed, immediately you heard the doj come out and say, look, this is going to hurt competition. that's the main argument you have from the doj. they believe that jetblue and spirit, it sops up the competition in so many markets their argument is we agreed to divest slots, routes, and we have made it so that in certain markets whether it's ft. lauderdale, or the new york and boston area, there's kpwacompeto there. the verdict is expected next year keep in mind, jetblue agreed to buy spirit for $33.80 a share, a

phil lebeau is here with all of the latest details phil, where are we here? >> reporter: andrew, very busy weekend. two down, one to go. that's where we stand with the uaw and the ongoing strikes or strikes that finished with the big three. here is what bewe had over the weekend. united auto workers and stellantis reached a four and a half year contract many thought gm would have the next agreement part of the agreement is huge. they will reopen the plant outside rockford, illinois meanwhile, the uaw threw a curve ball they said we will expand the gm strike and call in the plant in tennessee. in spring hill, tennessee. that plant builds three cadillac models if you add the production at that plant along with the other plants already on strike for the uaw for gm, that means 50.8% of general motors u.s. production has now been stopped by strikes. is that enough to get gm and the uaw to finalize agreement? gm putting out a statement after a new strike in spring hill, tennessee saying we have continued to bargain in good faith and our goal is to reach agreement as quickly as possibl

phil? >>> an investigation is under way in maryland after someone shot and killed a judge. investigators say andrew wilkinson was found in a residential driveway last night suffering from gunshot wounds. he later died at the hospital. miguel marquez is live with the latest. are there any leads here, any suspects? >> they might have something. the sheriff's office in washington county, maryland, say they'll hold a press conference later today. we expect to hear a lot more. when a judge is shot, the question is was he targeted or she targeted. we have seen this in the past. it is a great concern. this was a circuit judge in washington county, maryland. just below the pennsylvania line. he's one of six judges there. they handle everything from family law to civil criminal, juveniles. it is possible there was somebody, former defendant, current defendant, this judge was dealing with that targeted him. details on this thing are very sketchy. it was his home. police responded, law enforcement responded to reports of shots fired. they showed up in his own driveway, multiple gunshots, he died later at the

phil lebeau is joining us with details coming out overnight good morning >> reporter: good morning, andrew the final push for the deal was this week after the uaw called for more strikes ford earnings were set for thursday they finalized a deal. it kaulscalls for a 25% hike foe several four and a half years. there is more profit sharing for retirees here is shawn fain talking with the membership last night on facebook >> we send this contract to you because we know it breaks records. we know it will change lives what happens next is up to you >> reporter: all right what is next for the uaw members who have been on strike since september 15th they will go back to work soon when remains to be seen. they will not wait for finalization details will be spelled out on sunday and the ratification vote will take place after that that remains to be seen. likely in the next week is the ratification vote. the important part is they will go back to work soon a matter of days not waiting until it is fi fina finalized. all of this comes as you look at shares of ford when the company will report q3 resul

andrew mccabe and also easy really special envoy for combatting anti-semitism. what the fbi director says regarding moving quickly, what does that mean? >> well, philit can mean a whole bunch of different things depending on the sort of threat that the fbi is focused on. so if they have credible information about a specific threat, that will prompt an investigation by the fbi joint terrorism task force in the community where that threat exists. the joint terrorism task force, there is about 200 of them around the country. they are made up of fbi agents and local partners for exactly this purpose. but on the other end of the spectrum, it may simply mean reaching out to state and local officials or community officials, people in the faith based community to explain what these threats are to help people understand what the threats are and to protect themselves during times of elevated risk. >> and you've just returned from israel, your children i believe are serving. >> i live there. i just came to be able to engage here. >> thank you for what you do and for what they are doing as well. it is one thing to combat this hate after you see it, but another

andrew mccabe. thanks for coming in. i want to try to understand the level of sensitivity of this information. is this a national security risk? how big of a deal is this? >> well, phil, it's absolutely a national security risk. there is very little information in our federal government that we protect more seriously than nuclear weapons, national defense information. and just as an indicator of that, most people know a sitting president, not, of course a former president, but a sitting president has the ability to declassify most top secret classified data at his discretion. this is one of those rare categories of information, nuclear weapons materiel, that is classified not by presidential order but by statute. so the president himself or herself cannot declassify this discretion. it is at the heart of the most sensitive material we have to protect in our federal government. >> i find it interesting, too, especially when you put this information in that context. just how sensitive it is. joe hockey form e ambassador to the u.s., downplaying, quoting a joint program. similarly we share weapons technology. if conversations between trump and pratt has been said nothin
