phil, as you read this? >> the top line is something not many pay attention to. susan collins one of the key things they're looking at. $321 billion over the course of ten years. the senate has to save $333 billion. that means they have $77 billion to work with there in terms of using money, using financing, possibly, for medicaid, possibly other issues to try to get some worrisome senators back in the fold. also premiums. when you talk to the u.s. senate, the thing they care about more than anything else is premiums. how about cutting back on obamacare help with premiums? in 2020, premiums would drop by an average of 30% for individual plans. while the top line is something democrats will seize on, republicans are not going to appreciate. on the premiums, that is some news that i think republican conservatives will be really interested in, no question about it. there is a lot to take away from these numbers. when you dig deep into the policy both on budget savings and the premiums, you could see positive news that republicans talk about going forward. one of the interesting e

phil matlying. 23. that's an important nn for a couple of reasons. no doubt about it. it's something dean heller of arizona and susan collins said it would be very important to their calculation of the million-dollar cut in medicaid over current spending laws in a decade. this puts an actual number to it. another number that's actually really important here in the broader scheme of things. over the course of a ten-year period, wolf, this bill would reduce spending, reduce deficits by 321 billion. this is important for procedurely. you could reduce the deaf bit. they had nearly $100 billion to work with. you snot. the other key issue here is look at, when you talk to conservatives, what they care about most is premiums. if you look in the cb ocbo, the premiums drop by 20%. they want to know as they cut back, they have an immediate effect. but they want to know why these premiums are dropping. if you take away the types of things obama mandates, the coverage becomes skimpier. the cbo makes it clear. the coverage will start down. you won't take advance the drops. it's kind of a mix that is certainly something democrats are foc
