and phil ginsburg who is the director of rec and park.nd members of some of our other departments and their best staff will be available to help in this particular instance and to be very clear, when our schools were closed, when your kids had no place to learn, maria sue and bill ginsburg and their teams set up wlaerning hubs, we built schools from scratch when our kids had no place to go. this is why it's important that they are part of this process because they know what it takes. but we also have outside expertise. this team will be supported by special advisor, dr. carl and professor emeritus in the school of education, study, educational studies at claremont graduate university. he's worked with other school districts, he's provided that kind of support in the past and he will be an important part of our school stabilization team. so i want to be very clear, we are ready to go. and we will bring that clarity to the public and to the parents and to the educators and to the students. this is what i believe is the hope that we need to

have had nine major working meetings, including the participation and leadership of our directors phil ginsburg and bob beck. we're working towards the objective of our directors, the goal that they have set is to plan for rec park staffing in fiscal year 2627, to reach that goal, we're providing for one year to define and refine the plan and one year to get that plan into agency budgets and to complete the needed hiring. we'll overview that project in october. at that time, staff from each agency will present together to the title board and the rec parks commission. we will review the collaboration in more detail. we will share a schedule of project and again, our timing targets are one year to define and refine the plan and one year to get the project integrated into department budgets and hire staff, this has been another in our continuing series of informational hearings. we are committed to the care of our parks, and we are committed to keep you and the public informed on number one, the running plans for the near term care and number two, the advancing plans for the long term care of our

the board, board leadership and doctor wayne with, maria sue and phil ginsburg, who are going to be chairing that committee. and i think it's going to be really collaborative. and i think it's going to really support our school district to take on some of our fiscal and operational challenges and get to a more stable place. and so this is really the moment i think we said this on sunday, this is the moment to take those things on, because those fiscal and operational challenges have made it so much harder for us to achieve our academic goals. and so we as a board are saying, and the superintendent is committed, and i don't know if you want to add anything, superintendent wayne, but we are committed that this is the time to take those those challenges on once and for all and to really set this district up for success moving forward. so i just wanted to thank everyone for your understanding of that process. and you know, assure everyone that we're that we're moving forward with a stronger plan and with help from the city. so did you want to add anything, sure. thank you, president alexander. a
