our reporter phil keating joins us live he's outside of the orlando courthouse with what's left or prosecutors now. >> reporter: hi, good morning. all indications yesterday were that the prosecution has just one final witness to take the stand. and that will happen here in about an hour in downtown hold, upstairs behind me at the courthouse. the case for the prosecution moving more fast than they anticipated. and that's why we had an -- we ended early yesterday because today's final witness was not expected to be here until taos. so tomorrow after the prosecution wraps its case. defense is expected to spend about a week trying to remind this jury that all testimony so far shows that the relationship between caylee and her brother casey was nothing but a loving we lationship despite what prosecutors say -- relationship despite what the prosecutors say. the key will be the state. if she's found guilty, the ther would spend another week or so doing a miniature trial specifically about aggravating and mitigating factors as to why the state feels casey anthony deserves to be sent to florida's death
