bill: phil keating has been our man outside the courthouse in orlando, florida. phil, good morning down there. how likely is it that casey anthony walks free this week? >> reporter: it's certainly possible. it's in the realm of possibility that judge belvin perry, jr., tomorrow convenes the sentencing hearing of casey anthony and says time served is good enough, you've been in jail for the most part of three years, you can walk free, but more likely, she'll probably serve another year or two in the orange county jail before she's finally let free, because the 412 days that she was sentenced are eating up most of that three years in jail for casey anthony, those were for six counts of check fraud, so we'll see what the judge does. but prosecutors certainly thought that they had plenty of evidence, it was all circumstantial, but they had the crime scene evidence, caylee's remains in the woods found with duct tape, matching that at their home, they had the testimony of the stench of human decomposition around casey's car, but it's possible that the defense raised the

phil keating is live in orlando. and the phil, what can we expect? >> reporter: we've already started the day with fireworks, with of course like every other day and every other legal issue, we have two very different opinions from the defense table and the state's table. they are arguing over whether the state heretofore can bring in cindy anthony's former coworkers at genteva, they're expected to testify that when she made the chloroform searches via google on the anthony home computer in mid march, 2008, three months before caylee ann anthony died, she said she was home. sher coworkers will testify she was at work at genteva health care, the defense wants to exclude those witnesses from being able to testify because they're feeling a sense of ambush in that they haven't had time to de pose them or look at the work records they have on this, so they're arguing whether that's going to happen, as well as the state's experts who are expect -- experts who are expected to testify if the judge allows it they checked the hard drives of their home computer

jon: fel keating, live for us in orlando, the next dramatic moment of this three-year saga, brings us back into that courtroom tomorrow, right phil? >> tomorrow 9:00 a.m., that is when casey anthony will return from the orange county jail where she remains incarcerated, and she will be sentenced on those four counts of lying to investigators. each of those four counts carries a 1-year sentence. she's been in jail for basically two years and ten months to this point but she did get convicted a year ago, the six counts of check fraud, when she was writing her friends' checks during that 31-daytime period, when casey was unreport -- was unreported to be missing. if the judge holds up the letter of the law and maxes her out, based on time served, i'm guessing she could on the maximum end here still serve two years every month in -- two years and three months in jail but it's absolutely within the judge's power to free her outright tomorrow morning, here in downtown orlando. regardless of whether you think she got away with murder, her attorney jose baez says it's the public that's guilty of a rush to judgment. >> it was an accident t
