this is center city philadelphia i don't second guess anyone on any decision but i am surprised by the two hour delay and that a complete cancellation of schools in the city of philadelphia because as i say this is fourth street and clearly a plow has gone over here a couple of times. market street is also looking just as snow covered as this and guys, i come from the lower merion area and the schuylkill expressway looks just like this, in some instances, it was worse then this. so it will be interesting to see how these school districts react, how businesses react, whether or not they will ask people to come in. you know this guy typically when you live in the suburban area or even in the city you get through the side streets hoping that a major street like fifth street here or schuylkill here is clear and in these instances it is not the the case, guys. >> exactly. >> we all as we said had to drive-in the middle of the night's sentencely and it was awful. my carries not equipped for this rear wheel drive and it was so dicey to get through my driveway to the schuylkill expressway. eve
