philadelphia police dusting for fingerprints at this germantown store hoping a robbery suspect made a mistake and was not wearing gloves. just after 8:30 wednesday night on the 1200 block of east stafford street police say a man entered this store in the white hooded sweat shirt and ski mask and was armed with the gun after robbing the place he shot a five three-year old employee three times. >> one to the face, two to the thigh. we're not ensure if he will survive his gun shot wound. he lost a lot of blood. >> reporter: he was taken to einstein and remains in critical condition. the employee was standing at the back deli counter. the store was opened at the time. two other customers were inside and so was the store's owner, she was standing at the front counter with a two-year old baby boy in her arms. >> that is about 15 feet distance. it is a small store. fortunately, no one else was injured. >> police are interviewing witnesses and there is no surveillance video this store does not have cameras n fact they were scheduled to get cameras at the end of the week. reporting live from o

police say that they have now arrested one of philadelphia's most wanted fugitives. m minute lee was captured by us marshals at a motel in ash lapped virginia yesterday. police say that in august, lee kidnapped and stabbed three men and then dumped their bodies in the schuylkill river in fairmount park. those bodies were later found tied to waited canisters. another victim did survive. and is identified -- and managed to identify lee as the attacker. >>> well new at 11:00 o'clock family and friends gather for an emotional memorial service. they are remembering a hero philadelphia police officer who was killed in the line of doubt. all this comes as her convicted killer is grant add reprieve on death row. as you mentioned two philadelphia police officers recovering from that overnight crash. it happened as they were transporting a shooting victim to the hospital. "action news" reporter katherine scott is live at the crash 17 north philadelphia. katherineism this was a three car crash and everyone involved is in stable condition. you can see that this remains an active scene here. the three vehicles are on lehigh avenue. there's debris all over the road here. you can see broken glass the air bags in police vehicle deployed. we're being told that the drivers of the other two vehicles did not have driver's licenses. the crash happened around 3:00 a.m. here in north philadelphia. the officers had just picked up a 24-year-old man who had been shot three times on the 2400 block of north hollywood. they had their lights and sirens on. they were driving east on lehigh when police say the cruiser collided with a lexus that was traveling north on 25th. they collided at the intersection. after that initial crash the lexus landed on the sidewalk and the police vehicle collided with t
