an update on breaking news we've been following all phoenix area... a girl who was critically wounded in a shooting and house fire has died, that raises the death toll to 5- including the gunman. authorities say the suspect began shooting his family members this morning and then set the home on fire. once police and firefighters arrived on scene... that person then began shooting at them. police said the suspect may be the brother or son of the victims. all of those killed were related... details about just what happened are unclear... but police dodged bullets and wore breathing gear to enter the burning home to help the victims while the shooter was still alive. an explosion destroys a home near seattle today... now crews are trying to figure out why. was inside when the house blew up... or what caused the blast. but neighbors say it caused their homes to shake as well. a developing story out of michigan... the uber driver accused of going on a killing spree in kalamazoo michigan is behind bars this midday. he's charged with both murder and assault
