you know i had this conversation with phyllis schlafly about three months ago i had this conversation newt gingrich twice last year. i'm saying and there are same and agreeing with me on the heritage foundation agreeing with me the supreme court has gone nuts in particular in the last sixty years. what so you know i think one of the big problems is that there's a belief among the large sections of the american populace you know in the mainstream media in the washington establishment that the supreme court is even if it doesn't always act this way is some sort of sort of neutral arbiter that protects us from the excesses of democracy be they on the left on the right. think the problem is is that rick the supreme court can't have it both ways can't both engage in politics with clear political intent as the roberts court has done pretty explicitly and i think you know a lot of conservatives argue that the warren court did as well the supreme court can't both engage in politics directly like that and then expect only other it's a tutoring or a not warrant according to the justices were qu

as phyllis schlafly has shown in her report, though those of us who have been paying attention kind of notice this on our hone. republicans are the -- immigrants, look at piers morgan. they're always liberal. it's actually, i mean, it's kind of a dirty trick democrats have pulled, because the majority of immigrants today are are hispanic, and hispanics are such darn hard workers, you just can't bear any ill will toward them. but the problem is too many immigrants and too fast eventually we'll win hispanic voters, i think, i hope. but as phyllis schlafly has pointed out, it took us a hundred years and ronald reagan to win irish and italian immigrants. they came at the beginning of the last century, and it wasn't until 1980 we started getting irish and italians to vote republican. by definition, immigrants are coming from countries that are more liberal than america. so until the entire globe is as liberal as venezuela, people will be coming from poorer countries, and they will be coming from more left-wing countries. it happens within our own country. i note that new yorkers have are, m
