according to the new police report, superintendent ron piercy admitted they did use the credit cards quote, make personal purchases and they were, quote, reprimanded by the cemetery's board of directors. he and the cemetery's attorney told police the two men were directed to reimburse the money to the cemetery and paid taxes owed to the state, but the lawyer also told police the cemetery's board of directors did not want to make a police report. the state's attorney in fredericks board said it will not pursue charges because the cemetery is a private entity. the police have now closed the case. in a statement to the i-team the board's lawyer told us we have read the police report regarding the allegations made by the two former disgruntled at-will employees and it is now closed. it says it investigated and addressed them last year stating the cemetery has done nothing wrong or illegal. to watch the entire series on mount olivet go to the nbc app and tap on investigations. tisha thompson, news 4 i-team. >>> a family outing on the water turned deadly for a northern virginia woman. find
