in the area north of piers 30, 32, we'd have to get pge's permission to install piles along the pier to enable maritime uses. we do contemplate in the license agreement situations where the city and port would have to construct a major project and [inaudible] removal or relocation of the [inaudible] 1 line, but only after we jointly look at whether there's a way to design the city's project in a way that could avoid that relocation. and then i'm going to go into a little bit more detail, condition of the liensz is that they actually screen or enclose theotrero based on pge's benefit out of the project is $4.2 million based on the actual cost of the equipment. separate and apart from the license agreement there's an option to acquire the ho down yard, which is this 3 acre site adjacent to pier 70. the port is not involved in this transaction. this is a benefit that's being conferred to the city. the department of real estate would have this option to acquire the site at a following the accidented price of $8.3 million based on appraisal. ixed price of $8.3 million based on appraisal.

. >> something had hit the point of the pier.as it one of the "mauvilla's" barges? had the "mauvilla" caused the sunset limited to derail? >> when we found the left-hand barge, there was a similar mark of scraped paint and an indentation into the metal. in fact, it kind of looked t-shaped, which would indicate that the barge hit the top or flat portion as well as the edge of it, and it kind of gave it a little t-shaped mark. >> the other barges revealed more surprising clues. the center barge also had damage. there were vertical scrapes and an indentation. a clue to the cause of the scrapes was found on the bridge's center span. >> when we pulled the girder out of the water, we did a visual inspection, and we noticed that some of the vertical steel members called stiffeners that were on the side of the girder had been bent flat against the girder. >> investigators measured the distance between the stiffeners and compared them to the vertical marks on the barge. they were a perfect match. now they had solid evidence to prove what

hello, i'm a tenant at the pier hotel. the elevator there is - i have not been to many s r organization with elevators but this one many particular the capacity the weight capacity is like 6 hundred pounds like a guy near my size getting on the elevator the elevator will not operate it will go very slow and stop at all floors you've got to stand in places in the elevator to make sure it works it's like a dumb water for a hotel of 80 units. the buttons are a lot like a single call if you're in an elevator and someone presses the button before i basically the variety is so antiquated it should be some way to improve that elevator. i mean it's like a car, you know, like a you make improvements on our car your television you get a better television with a flat screen and get rid of the 5 foot tall television that was sold in the 30s. so i guess want to see something the owner spend make some type of investments in upgrading the elevator its ridiculous. if he can't with cal osha or whatever the mid-level management the staying
