as for the incidents, we do have a crash to talk about near pikesville on reisterstown road. no need to take an alternate, but be aware that you will find that activity. on southbound 795, coming out of the northwest corner, from owings mills boulevard heading toward the beltway, you're going to like this one, we're only looking at an 8 minute clip. on the west side on liberty road. it's going to be a crystal clear ride, a lot of inner loop, and the inner loop direction heading toward the 795 exit. we do have a disabled car on the outer loop lanes at the top end at park heights avenue, it's not causing any delays. it's nothing to worry you there. be aware that that is going to be there. as far as the inner loop direction from the green spring avenue, it's going to be comfortable there. from parkville heading toward towson and so opposite direction heading toward 95, that is going to start to pick up on whitemarsh boulevard, you can see a lot of cars congregating but no brake lights on the southbound and northbound end. that's a look at the morning commute. patrice, back to yo
